Uljana Sejko is an empathetic problem solver and connector who leads with curiosity and persistence. Uljana’s ikigai is to connect the unconnected and to empower individuals through her passion for technology and foreign languages.
Currently a Solutions Engineer in Chicago, Uljana supports enterprise customers across diverse industries within the Americas Sales organization. As the regional co-lead for Women of Cisco Upper Midwest Inclusive Community and as a MultiplyIT ambassador, Uljana is dedicated to shaping a culture of belonging at Cisco by driving initiatives for inclusive hiring, retention, and advancement.
Having grown up in Albania, Uljana is a polyglot who speaks 5 languages. Uljana's passion to bridging cultural gaps is embodied in her project, "Globetrotters & Polyglots: Travel, Language, Culture," a platform that celebrates Cisco’s global community and their interests. Beyond her professional role, Uljana mentors early in career talent in tech and volunteers with the Respond Crisis Translation organization.
